Return Policy:

The terms below apply to one-time, in-stock orders. For subscription or pre-order purchases, the subscription and pre-order policy applies, including its return window.

We do not accept returns on any products that have been opened or used. If you wish to return an unopened product, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. All returned items must be in their original, sealed condition. Please contact our customer service team at info@gethyppe.com within the 14-day window to process your return.
