At HYPPE, we work to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.


Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Please note that HYPPE is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:


Carrier delays

Severe weather conditions

High shipping volume periods

Customs processing

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer


Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.
