Subscription, Pre-Order, and Try Before You Buy Policy

At HYPPE, certain products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. All payments are charged in full at checkout unless otherwise clearly stated.

Due to the nature of nicotine products, all sales are final except as outlined below.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment method will be charged automatically at checkout for each recurring order on the scheduled billing date.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns for subscription orders follow the return policy outlined below.

PRE-ORDERS

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but is expected to become available.

Full payment is charged at checkout to reserve your item.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order only if it has not yet shipped. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Estimated availability dates are subject to change. HYPPE is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing, regulatory review, or shipping carriers.

RETURNS AND ELIGIBILITY

Due to health and safety regulations surrounding nicotine products:

Used products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unopened

The original packaging must be intact

The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery confirmation

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If a return is approved, the product must be received and inspected before a refund is issued.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

At this time, nicotine products are not eligible for try before you buy due to regulatory and safety restrictions.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

HYPPE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

All purchases are subject to age verification and regulatory compliance requirements.
